Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches, managing the entire recruitment process.
• Partner with Clients, gaining insight into their hiring challenges and workplace culture.
• Strategically Source Talent using our innovative CRM/ATS alongside your own networks.
• Utilize Our Platform to streamline candidate management, automate communications, and keep your recruitment efforts organized.
• Focus on Permanent Placements to generate sustainable value for clients whilst maximizing your commissions.
• Participate in Thought Leadership as we enhance both our brand and your personal footprint.

Who You Are

• 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.

• Expertise in client relationship management and offer negotiation.
• Adept at using ATS/CRM systems; training will be provided on our software.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a vision for long-term success.
