Talent Acquisition Specialist

Nordic Talent seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our internal team. We are looking for a structured, proactive, and relationship-strong recruiter who thrives working closely with both candidates and clients.

With us, you will have a central role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting talented candidates on behalf of our clients. You will become part of an ambitious and supportive team focused on quality, collaboration, and long-term relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Map out client needs and develop requirement profiles.
• Conduct search, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
• Design and publish job advertisements.
• Present candidates and provide advice to clients.
• Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain candidate networks.
• Ensure high quality, good candidate experience, and proper administration.
• Contribute to the improvement of working methods and recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with the entire recruitment process from needs clarification to hiring.
• Skills in search, sourcing, and candidate mapping.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems. Familiarity with Teamtailor is an advantage.
• Very good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience from recruitment agencies, staffing, or internal Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
